BANGKOK (:
Finally my long awaited trip has arrived and past. How sad is that. Im trying to psycho marc to take me on another trip this dec, since he took off to pei me during my hols. Maybe somewhere near like msia. He's totally cashless after paying for our Genting and Bkk. You guys must read every sentence I type okie, this entry took me so long.. RARS. (:

DAY 1
Met Salt and Cher at bus stop. 27 goes airport via expressway. Fast man.
Had Brekkie at airport then I had diarrhoea so got to buy medicine so we went all the terminals to find guardian.. I was so sulky and upset cuz it was only the first day of the trip and Im more ill than ever ):

Camwhore somemore with the most amazing boyfriend.
Waited and waited and waited to collect our tickets. Our flight with Jetstar was so so much better than AirAsia(we took air asia back). Seriously, if you are taking budget airline, Tiger airways is even better than AirAsia according to Melissa.
Cher wanna eat BK so we settled down for some snacks and reminiscing their lost childhood. They look happy to be in the playground. hahha
Right Before departure
AMAZING STUNNING VIEWS. God is indeed wonderful and he makes the most beautiful things and he made a man who is beautiful in everyway.
BANGKOK. Loads of farms. Looks like my monopoly with the little houses. Thailand is an hour behind us so we touched down around 12pm.
We took the skytrain to the hotel which is a stop from the money changer. its called BTS, like our MRT.
This is funny. Check out how neatly the Thais queue in a straight line and we hurried to queue when we realised that we were standing messily like in the MRT in Singapore
Every BTS door has a neat queue
The Monks are highly respected over there. We give seats to the elderly, expecting ladies etc, they give seats to the monks.
TAO KAE NOI SHOP!! My fave seaweed. Its really cheap. About $1 plus each, Sg is almost $3?
Upon reaching hotel, there are some confusion regarding our bookings so they had to transfer us and some other guests to another hotel so they gave us a free upgrade to Junior Suite.
The crappy and creepy hotel. Comes with two toilets and 2 tv But I forgot to take pic.
Took a Cab to CHINATOWN. Marc wanna eat the food there and Salt wanna go KaoShan which is quite near to Chinatown. The Cab rides are really cheap. Even cheaper than BTS or MRT, it cost us about less than a dollar each if we divide out. The cabs are cheaper because usually there are terrible jams on the roads and taking a BTS or MRT will be much faster.
Looks like HongKong right?
The houses there are mostly blackened, loads of wire hanging along the streets everywhere in BKK. The streets are filled with dirty water and loads of people selling street food.
We walked for about half an hour to 45 mins to find a restaurant cuz Cher and I dont dare to eat street food. Their street food is nth like those you see at pasa malam, its really ermmm, i hate to use this word, its really not that appetising and clean. Im not that much of a clean freak but seriously, theres no way I can eat next to the drain plus Im afraid I might get diarrhoea. My horrible stomach which always lets me down. Bought a bag and some wholesale clips for my sisters. Bought our toiletries at this supermarket called TOPS.
Next, its KaoShan. More of boys' stuff to buy. Nth much for Cher and Me.
Marc bought the noodles for 30cents? I dont know how it taste, I dont dare to eat. Must add sugar in the noodles. so cute.
Me packing what we bought. Its horrible, I dont dare to bathe. The hotel really doesnt make us feel comfortable. The funny thing is that Marc and I got real scared in the room cuz we cant find the switch to on our bedroom lights so we called the technicians thinking that our light spoil or smth. Funny. (:
We went to shop at some pasam malam near our hotel and had macs for supper :D The McDonalds Man has this pose in all Macs.
Came back to the hotel. The water was horrible. Our bathtub was filled with yellowish water when I ran the tap and still got sand come out one. We had to run the water for a long time before deciding to bathe. Luckily marc is around to make me less scared and less spooked. Its the 3rd time according to you. :P
Lastly, my babylove studying the map in preparation for the next day's route and program.
We left the telly on and each time the shooting sound and alarm clock ringing from the telly, I will wake up. Scary man. WOW, I took so long to upload the pics and recall everything. haha.
Goodnights my lovely friends. (: Will blog about my day 2 asap.
