Checking into our new hotel

The original hotel we booked! It's not creepy and so comfortable. Totally recommend it. MacDonald's just downstairs and the BTS is just outside our hotel too. Love it! The only hotel which made me so comfortable staying there. Fall asleep with lights and tv off. I bathe a long time without feeling ridiculously scared and having no need to talk to marc while bathing.

They provided condoms beside the usual coke and all. And the condom stayed the way it was for the 4 nights.

Then we cab down to Chaktuchak. The highly recommended bazaar by everyone. Honestly, I hate it. The weather was unbearable and there wasnt much shelter so it was literally shopping under the sun. I didnt buy much stuff too. I was too pekchek. haha

There's this section for the bazaar specially selling pets and grooming accessories for pets. So cute! We get to touch and play with the dogs

Part of the Bazaar. It was still early morning so the sun wasnt out yet. I still look super happy. Hhaha. wait till the around noon time, my face was blacker than charcoal.

They ate some Red Ruby dessert. I tried. Not that fantastic. Not nice la. haha

Looking at this, totally killed my appetite. I wonder will the raw meat spoil under the scorching sun? The food stall was open from morning to night, the meat wont spoil meh? Not refrigerated, bacteria sets in at room temperature? Thats why I dont dare to eat street food, except for the deep fried food, I will eat. Fried chicken wings from the streets, damn nice la!

Cher and I bought this bag!! OMG. Its so pretty, the bear is detachable so it wont be too childish.. Its about 18 bucks. I did use my charm and bargaining skills okie.

(after like a few more hours of walking, I was grumpy and reluctant to shop. I was so grouchy so no pics hahaha)



Then we took the train, MRT, not BTS. BTS is skytrain, MRT is the underground one. We took the train to this place a stop away from Chaktuchak to have our lunch. We went to UNION plaza, cant remember which MRT station was it. The place is so awesome! Airconditioned, its like a mega version of far east plaza, selling mostly Japanese and Korean apparels and products. It was better than shopping at Chatuchak to me.

The Japanese Buffet which cost about 10SGD. We didnt manage to eat cuz we had to wait for 40mins. We ate at another Japanese restaurant.

(Anyway, we shop around at the place after lunch before heading back to Chatuchak cuz we need to get Mel the woven bag and Cher has to get some stuff too.

Headed back to the hotel. The guy who doesnt stop eating. We showered before meeting them for dinner and our plan was to go to Patpong Night Bazaar.

It started pouring when we were walking halfway outside of our hotel. So we sort of ran in the rain and ate at this nearby Vietnamese restaurant. We intended to eat at a Thai restaurant before heading out to PatPong Night Bazaar.


The food was really yummy. Vietnamese fried rice and steamboat. Love it!
Went to the arcade nearby to play while waiting for the rain to stop after dinner. Its really really cheap. Cher and I played for a long time and its only 10-20cents each time if our characters die, the thing is we hardly die. hahaha. We ran back in the rain.

Bathed and off to Salt's room to watch Hangover on the lappy since the night is still young. After movie, we went back to our room to watch telly and we've been watching Horror for the nights, not sure why there are so many horror movies. Cartoon network was in Thai and the only cartoon we could watch and understand is PINK PANTHER. hahaha, cuz he hardly talks. Anyway, I love Pink Panther cuz he's really retarded. Makes me laugh retardedly.



Gonna UPload my pics for Day 3 now. Anyway, had my financial accounting class today. It was sucha nightmare. I have no accounting background so there are alot of terms and formats and I need to memorize. Maybe Genn and Jiahui can help me, hahaha. Especially since Jiahui has First Class Honours man in accounting..

Marc just told me that he might be able to get off on the 25th Dec, YEA YEA YEA. Cuz they give the priority to the Christians and Catholics. WAH. Happy happy happy~ I was intending to spend a lonely Christmas working at Scruffy since there will be loads of tips and there 1.2 cuz of public holiday. And Now, I get to spend the day with marc (:

Also, Marc said he might be asked to take leave tmr cuz there are too much manpower tmr. HOW FRIGGING AWESOME IS THAT? Marc is so confused with the names of my friends.
