♥MY SURPRISE 21ST! ♥
(gosh this' gonna be a long one for memories sake)
OMG. I cant wait to blog about this even though I still haven received the pics yet. Well, lemme just try to recall and blog them down before my poor memory eats up all the nitty gritty details. :D
Shall start from Friday, 7th May 2010.
Bought back lunch for him and watched Valentine's day, (note to mal, no one is gg to ask u for reviews anymore hahaha!)
Around, 3pm Marc left for work and I was like, huh? why cuz he went gym in the morning and usually if he goes gym in the morning, he can go work later around 5.30pm. But I didnt suspect anything cuz he said he had alot of admin work to do, and I didnt ask much cuz I was rushing for tuition also.
then he called me 5 mins after we parted to ask me where am I (i was wondering why he called cuz he usually call me when he reached the station not when we just parted). Still, i didnt suspect anything. HAHA.
Then he called me in the night again as usual but we chatted for around half an hour then he had to scoot off, this is expected, doing station means less talk time and more admin for him. Called me before he sleeps at 12am, and didnt chat for long cuz he said he was tired.
8th May 2010
The next morning,
We were supposed to meet in the morning for breakfast, so I calculated the timing, since he was in the station(instead of out of sea) he should leave station latest by 8.45am and reach Compass at latest 10am? But in the end, he kept delaying and we meet around 12plus cuz he said he had to carry a lot of stuff to this place because he has a Team building function in the night.
Then I was super duper black faced to him and decided not to buy his 50cents rice cuz he was so late. Then I made him run here and there to get my soybean with pearls and all.
Reached home, finish up our Valentines' Day while having lunch. Then I asked him why didnt tell me about the Team function earlier, so last min then tell me, I didnt have clothes. Then he still show me this SMS from his friend which I cant be bothered to read, i glanced and it says "team charlie....." So i grumbled and say so last min, we napped after lunch from 2ish to 4ish. Woke up super grumpily cuz I was so tired and I didnt have enough sleep.
He woke up earlier than me, (usually he wont wake up until I try to murder him at 8pm) and asks me to faster go bathe, must wear nice nice, say supritendent, inspector, IO all coming.
He chose my dress, ask me to wear the belt and must wear blazer and pumps, must put make up all. Say cannot embarrassed him in front of his friends. (this is the most weird cuz of the many times i've gone out with his friends, he doesnt really care what I wear) i still wanna wear stockings cuz i thought i will be cold in the function room what. -_-
and when i asked him where are we going, he says he its like a place, dont know how to describe.. So i decided not to wear stockings cuz it was damn hot even after my bath.
So took 89 and I kept saying that im very hungry, want to go E! Hub to buy things to eat. Then we walked and walked and walked, until my feet had blisters cuz of the pumps. (THATS WHY I ALWAYS WEAR SLIPPERS HOKAY) so stop complaining about me and my love for slippers. haha. Then after a long walk, he says we are reaching, just after the bend at the road. I saw the chalet then I asked him why he doesnt know that that place that we are going is a chalet? We went there for Fang & Fleming's ROM what.. he said he didnt see the sign outside the chalet.
While walking in, I kept complaining how hot and I and that everyone is wearing casual, im the only one in blazer. Then he said that we are going to the M block, I started singing "M is for Marcus the Moron", giggling to myself. I was surprised that he didnt rebuke me(probably too nervous), usually he will say rubbishy stuff back to me.
Then he said, ok, its this one, M-O4, I saw a birthday banner outside the chalet and that the doors of the chalet is all closed. So I told him it's the wrong chalet, cuz got the bday banner, confirm wrong chalet, I asked him to go call his friend and ask for the right one -_-
Then I peeped through the sides of the curtain(curtain not drawn properly) then I said, confirm wrong chalet, inside like having party, dont have those high rank ppl leh. (cuz I just glanced in, didnt recognize anyone) Then Chel, peeped out from the door, I thought I saw Chelsy but I thought maybe kids look alike and that she's just the daughter of his colleague or something. Then I tried to look inside somemore, I realised that, the curtains are also close properly, dont even have any slit. Marc asked me to open the door, I kept saying I dont want, I thought he was shy to open the door cuz we were late (cuz i always make van open the door when we are late for lecture, so embarrassing). Next, he tried to open the door and it was locked. In the end, he opened the door and asked me to go in so I went and everyone screamed SURPRISE!
(this part is a bit blurred, everything happened too fast, i cant remember)
OH MY TIAN. hahaha I was shocked and I looked around, saw many faces, familiar faces. Then I thought to myself, Am i dreaming? So in my mind, I was trying to recall what I did in the day, thinking if its a dream. So i flashed back, I was home last night and I woke up in the morning to go meet marc, so it isnt a dream! And next, i didnt know how to react so I just stood there and thank God baby(dahlia) walked over and hand me a present and I warmed up a little.
This is what I wore thinking that its a function, what a joke, everyone was in shorts and slippers -_-

He said he cut these paper strips by strips during work, there's like hundreds of them.
Awwww. So touched!
He was busy entertaining my guests that night. Giving them drinks and all.
Wore his crocs since my pumps were killing my toes..

Still tell me he still got plan colour combination,
print on A4 first then photocopy onto A3.
Poor Eunice's eyes got stung by the light sticks.
Till now, I still have no idea how she manage to break the light sticks.
I wore so many of them as my bangles still didnt break.
My naughty nephew and nieces who refused to take a proper shot with me.
So I tickled them!

Both of us stayed in the chalet that night while my SIM friends went to drink and seesha.
He was so tired and couldnt stop snoring while I didnt sleep well at all.

Really thanks alot to my sunshine! Because I didnt expect anything. Keep complaining to mal and evon, haha, so embarrassing. I asked him today why is he so happy on my bday since the girls were talking about it, he just said, see you so happy Im also happy.
Simple words yet it means so much.
On my actual bday 11th May he said this to me.
I really dont know what to do if one day should you just leave me.
